Advanced Monthly $200 Includes monthly plans, 4 on the bike sessions (1 per week), unlimited conversations, advanced goal planning
Classes $100 Per class fee, includes printed material
Bike Fit $100 hr Includes on the bike evaluation, then video based fit and documentation
Diet analysis TBD Will include consultation from diet expert
Race/event strategy session $50 Will include intricate details on course, access to course if available, power, time, and environmental analysis.
On bike session $75 hr Additional on the bike sessions with a specific focus determined by the athlete with coaching instruction.
